A series class where we learn the culinary techniques from Africa, the influence of the Transatlantic Slave Trade on modern cuisine, and connect the story of food to today's cooking and culture.

Our downloadable curriculum will be available soon. Our curriculum is hands-on, multidisciplinary, and focuses on the global child's ability to find their place in this world.
1. We accept Venmo and PayPal.
2. All food, recipes, and zoom links delivered and emailed the night before class.
3. Basic kitchen utensils needs to be available inside the child's kitchen.
4. We follow the CDC's recommendations for health and safety.
5. All cultures and humans are valued and respected throughout the course.
6. The child must be able to have the motor skills to handle knives and some appliances.
7. Foods used are traditional to the country we are cooking from, but we do substitute different proteins for religious dietary laws, allergies, and availability.
